Create a question=>form answers=>pick advisers.
Then the advisers can give their feedback and the creator can let them know what she went with.
Your answers are private to only the asker and you.
People you asked for advice, cant see whom else you asked.
Your questions are only visible to the people you asked.
However, that doesnt escape somebody from taking a screenshot.
